What To Expect |
| Susan uses a range of physical assessments such as blood pressure, urine evaluation, iridology and tongue assessment to complete her understanding of your health picture. Susan might also refer you for blood tests through your GP or for tests to identify food intolerances, bowel function problems and nutrient deficiencies. With this information Susan will work with you to develop a treatment plan. This might include remedies such as herbal medicine, nutritional supplements or flower essences. It often includes recommendations for diet and lifestyle changes. Susan might recommend reading material or websites to visit for information to better understand your health complaint and the recommended treatment. |

| It is difficult to predict the time it will take for your health problem to resolve. Acute illnesses often respond quite quickly, perhaps over a few weeks such as in recovery from the flu. For long term chronic complaints treatment may take months and possibly years, for example for problems associated with menopause. |
| Sometimes treatment is ongoing, for example supporting treatment for diabetes or cardiovascular disease. | |||
